Provi SuperLunch A Pre-biotic enrichment powder, low in sodium, suitable for enriching cooked foods that are eaten mainly at lunch such as: soup, puree, rice, spaghetti, meat croquettes, omelet etc.

The powder has a neutral flavor and it combines with the food in a way that is hardly noticeable in the texture or flavor of the food.
Suitable for people who need extra protein and calories.

Main nutritional ingredients in Provi SuperLunch:

Egg Protein (biological value 100) - Contains all the amino acids the body needs, including the essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize autonomously. In addition, the ratio between the amino acids in the egg protein enables maximal absorbtion and maximal utilization for building proteins. (1)

Canola Oil - Contains a relatively large quantity of monounsaturated fat (omega 3) which assists in decreasing the cholesterol and the triglycerides in the blood, aids in lowering blood pressure, reduces oxidation of LDL cholesterol and thus helps to prevent atherosclerosis and heart diseases. (2,3)

Soluble Nutritional Fibers - These fibers speed up bowel movements, increase the stool's weight, release constipation and contribute to the proliferation of the natural flora in the large intestine. In addition, the fibers bind LDL cholesterol and also excess glucose in diabetics. (4,5)

Preparation:

Blend well the Provi-SuperLunch powder in the cooked food. The amount of powder varies according to the serving size, for example: a bowl of soup (250 ml): 2-3 measuring spoons of Provi-SuperLunch. Cooked puree/rice (1 cup): 1-2 measuring spoons of Provi-SuperLunch. In some foods the Provi- SuperLunch can be blended in the cooking stage, for example in the batter of an omelet or in croquettes before frying them.
